About Education Management Consulting, LLC
In 1993, following a successful career in education administration and management, Dr. Dragan founded Education Management Consulting, LLC in response to an increasing number of requests from attorneys and school administrators for consultation, case review, policy review and presentations.
Located in Lambertville, New Jersey, the firm currently employs a paralegal and an office manager in addition to its principal consultant. Additional contracted professionals are engaged when warranted by the unique circumstances of some consultations.

I am committed to providing individualized service to my clients while dealing with large and complex consultations quickly and professionally whether it involves expert testimony, school reviews, or working with parents to ensure their child receives the appropriate education. Biography of Dr. Dragan
Dr. Edward F. Dragan is a legal and management consultant and founder of Education Management Consulting, LLC. He earned a doctoral degree in Education Administration from Rutgers University, a master's degree in Special Education from The College of New Jersey and a master's degree in Education Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center. Dr. Dragan is court-qualified as an expert in standards of care in education and education administration and supervision, school liability, school safety, special education and school evaluation as well as other related areas.
As the principal of Education Management Consulting, LLC, Dr. Dragan is called upon by school administrators, attorneys and individuals from around the country. He provides consultation to school administrators on issues such as special education, school management and liability assessment, and to attorneys in cases involving schools and the education of children. Dr. Dragan has been a presenter for more than eighty events, at national and international venues including the Middle East, the Czech Republic and Costa Rica, and has been a guest on numerous television and radio programs. He has authored more than thirty articles on education law, administration and special education. Dr. Dragan has served as a member of the faculty at Seton Hall University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at The College of New Jersey in the departments of Educational Administration and Special Education. |
